Plans and prices

Plans and prices are shown on the Prices page and again before you confirm. Prices include 25 % VAT. An introductory price is always shown with how long it lasts and what the price is afterwards.

Free month and renewal

A new plan starts with a free month. We email you at least 3 days before the first charge. After that the plan renews automatically for the same period at the same price until you cancel. For 6-month plans we email you at least one month before the renewal date. You can cancel any time on My page → Payment; the plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for.

14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the agreement, without giving a reason (distansavtalslagen). Use the button “Ångra avtalet här” on My page → Payment, or email us. You get a confirmation straight away.

You can ask for access to start at once. If you then withdraw, you pay only for the days you used; we refund the rest within 14 days, the same way you paid.

Payment

Payment is handled by our payment provider (card, Klarna or Swish, as shown at checkout); we never see your full card number. If a payment fails we email you and access pauses after a few days.

Price changes and complaints

We tell you about a price change at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then. Complaints: write to us first. You can also turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), arn.se. Swedish law applies.
