The rules for using Norriteo and Norriteo Skola. Updated 2026-11-02. The Swedish text applies.
Norriteo and Norriteo Skola are run by SCKY Partners AB (org.nr 559362-5865, Kungstensgatan 29, 113 57 Stockholm). We are an independent private education service, not part of the Swedish school system. We help with studying; we never promise a grade.
You need to be 13 to have your own account. Children under 13 use an account their parent or guardian creates and manages. Only adults (18+) can buy a plan. Teachers sign in with a confirmed email (preferably their school email), confirm their role and take responsibility for how they use it.
Keep your password to yourself. An account belongs to one person and can be signed in on up to 3 devices at a time; signing in on a 4th signs the oldest of the other sign-ins out. Use a nickname, not your full name.
Be kind and honest, don't share other people's personal details, don't post ads or anything illegal, harmful or meant for adults. There is no chat and no private messages; members can only write to the Norriteo team.
Lessons, problems, figures and videos are protected by copyright and, as a collection, by the catalogue right (upphovsrättslagen 49 §). You may use them for your own studying and print them for that. You may not copy, download in bulk, scrape, share your account or reuse the material commercially. Pages carry a mark with the account's nickname and number.
Your answers stay yours. You let us store and process them to give you the service (feedback, progress, your parent's view). We use answers to improve our material only without your name, and only if you said yes.
Norri and Teo are AI. AI feedback is an estimate for practice and can be wrong; it is not a grade and not a teacher's assessment. Tell us if something looks wrong.
Use “Report” on any page or item to tell us about errors or content that breaks the rules or the law. A person on our team reviews reports. If we remove content or restrict an account, we tell you why and how to ask us to look again. We report threats to life or safety to the police.
You can delete your account any time under Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning unless it is serious. Free accounts nobody signs in to for 12 months are deleted after emails at 6, 9 and 11 months. Paid plans are covered by the purchase terms.
We work to keep the facts right and the site running, but cannot promise it is always available or free of errors. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Swedish law.
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we email you at least 30 days before. Swedish law applies. A consumer dispute can be taken to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), arn.se. Contact point for users and authorities: [email protected] (Swedish or English).
